By creating an account, accessing, or using CubePOS ("the Service"), provided by CupCube Technology ("we", "us", or "our"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CubePOS is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and billing software tailored for restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, and retail stores. We provide both a free core software version and premium/hardware upgrade modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Security: You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. CupCube Technology is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
  • Authorized Use: You may only use the Service for lawful business purposes in accordance with local and national laws, including taxation (GST) guidelines.

4. Free vs Premium Plans

Our core billing modules, basic reporting, and standard item catalogs are offered entirely free of charge, with no limit on daily transactions or receipts. Certain advanced features, multi-outlet management tools, or specialized hardware integrations may require paid subscriptions or one-time fees as outlined on our pricing page.

5. Data Privacy and Ownership

Your business data (including inventory, sales logs, and customer khata profiles) belongs to you. CubePOS utilizes industry-standard SSL encryption and automated cloud snapshots to secure your data. While we host and manage the data to provide the Service, we will never sell your individual business data to third parties. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CupCube Technology makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the software. In no event shall CupCube Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the CubePOS software.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
